We strive to accurately describe all products. However, due to the handmade nature of our artisanal items, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the authentic character of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days in Canada)
- International shipping available; rates calculated at checkout
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
4. Returns and Refunds

- 30-day return window for unused, unopened products
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective
